Meet The Founders
Marcus Zimmerman
Marcus has built his career from the ground up—literally. He began working in construction at a young age as a laborer and steadily advanced to the role of Production Manager, gaining hands-on knowledge of every stage of the building process along the way. Growing up with a father in the trades instilled in him not only technical skill but also an appreciation for true craftsmanship and the importance of clear, honest communication with clients.
With more than 15 years of experience specializing in high-end residential renovations and custom builds, Marcus brings both expertise and integrity to every project. His passion lies in transforming homes with precision, care, and a commitment to delivering an elevated client experience from start to finish.
Joseph Schlegel
Joseph is a hardworking and knowledgeable contractor with years of hands-on experience in the trades. He began his career as a framer, building a strong foundation in construction, before launching and operating his own successful electrical company. With a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to quality, he brings expertise, reliability, and care to every project—ensuring that each space is both functional and beautifully crafted.
Outside of work, Joseph is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Ty, and their children. Whether camping across the country, attending school events, or maintaining his daily sauna and cold plunge routine, Joseph approaches life with the same balance, discipline, and intentionality that define his work.
